SynergoAI is an initiative of Luca Sole, based in Montreal (Quebec). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Information we collect

When you complete the Réflexe IA Diagnostic:

  • your first name and email address;

  • the name of your organization, if you choose to provide it;

  • your answers to the questionnaire (type and size of organization, AI-related practices, main marketing obstacle).

When you subscribe to Le Réflexe IA: your email address and, where applicable, your first name.

Why we use it

  • To send you your personalized roadmap by email.

  • To send you the Le Réflexe IA newsletter, only if you checked the box provided for this purpose. You can unsubscribe in one click from any issue.

  • To produce an annual study on AI in marketing in Quebec, only if you have consented to it. In that case, only your answers to the questionnaire are kept, without your name, your email or the name of your organization. Results are published in aggregate form only.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers

To operate, SynergoAI uses the following services, which may process your information outside Quebec:

  • Framer (website hosting);

  • Make (transmission of form responses);

  • beehiiv (newsletter management);

  • Google (sending emails and storing the study’s anonymized data).

These providers use your information only to deliver their services.

Retention

  • Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.

  • Email containing your roadmap: kept in SynergoAI’s sent folder for as long as it is useful to answer your questions, then deleted.

  • Anonymized study data: kept for as long as it is useful to the study.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at the address above: we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Cookies

Google Analytics 4 and Beehiiv are used for data collection.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest change.
